You will have a set date and time for your lesson each week that is reserved just for you.

• Each month you will get a list of available lesson dates and choose three from the available options.
  
  
• Send me your choices by the 23rd of each month, for the following month. your choices aren’t submitted by the 23rd of the month, that's ok! Three lesson dates will be chosen for you and you’ll get a notification letting you know when your lessons will take place. You are welcome to take more than 3 lessons per month - let me know when you choose your dates and we'll make it happen!
  
  Important: VIPs have a ton of flexibility, an open line of communication, and are my highest priority. To make this possible, 30 days notice is required if you cancel your VIP membership.
  
  
• If you want to schedule more than three lessons for the month, you can use roll over lessons or purchase additional lessons during your reserved standing appointment time, or any other available appointment time.

• Please Note: EVIPs (Extra Very Important Players) do not need to schedule lessons by the month. Your spot will be there for you to take a lesson during your reserved standing appointment time as often as you like!

• Each lesson is up to 50 minutes in length, depending on your needs for the day. Your lessons are about learning the skills you need to play well with others, and not about watching the clock. Mark your calendar for a full 50 minutes, but if we reach our objectives for the day earlier, or you just get tired, we have the option of ending early.
  
  
• Lesson fees are a flat rate of $375, billed monthly. There are no refunds for membership fees.

• Your card on file will be auto-charged each month on the 23rd of the month, for the following month.
  

• Gonna miss a lesson? You can request a video lesson to be recorded during your reserved standing appointment time if you can't make it to your lesson. 
• Video lessons are available to all members. 
• Video lessons must be requested in advance.
• Length and content of your video lesson will be based on your recent practice ethic and your unique needs, at your teacher's discretion.
• All video and audio lessons are the intellectual property of Nate Lee, LLC. Video and audio lessons are for you only, and may not be shared with other parties.

Make-up lessons:

• Can't make your lesson? As a VIP, you have guilt-free rescheduling! You can schedule a make-up lesson in the event that you can't attend your previously scheduled lesson - just let me know any time before your lesson starts!
  

• VIPs can “bank” unused lessons and use them as rollover lessons. Your banked lessons can be scheduled as extra lessons any time you want.
  
  
• You can request a rollover lesson any time prior to the start of your lesson.
  
  
• The use of rollover lessons does not reduce the price of monthly membership.
  
  
• Rollover lessons expire six months after their originally scheduled date.
